Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders undergo processing within 2-4 business days, with the majority processed within 48 hours. Following your order placement, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent, indicating that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card accordingly.

The shipping duration depends upon type of delivery services you selected.

Responsibility for Product Shipment

Kindly input your shipping information accurately. Packages requiring reshipment due to faulty addresses will incur a second delivery charge. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, HealthCultivated relinquishes responsibility for the contents. We urge customers to use the provided tracking information to monitor shipments and promptly retrieve their items.

Lost in Transit Policy

In the event your product is lost, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost. A package is considered lost if it has not reached you 30 days post-shipment without confirmed delivery by the courier.

Delivered but not Received

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we allow a 10-day window from the marked ‘delivered’ date due to increased shipping volumes and potential tracking irregularities. If the package has not arrived within this period, please contact us at gethealthcultivated@com for further assistance. Please note that for packages marked as delivered, only replacements will be offered; no refunds will be issued.

Damaged Upon Arrival

Should your product arrive damaged, please send us a photo of its condition within 10 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48H – £4

Refunds

On the rare occasion, something is lost or damaged in the post, we will always offer on the first instance to resend your order. If you would prefer, we can offer a full refund on your order if it has been damaged or not to your satisfaction. On the rare occasions, we no longer have stock for a lost/damaged order, we will offer a full refund. Refunds generally take 3-5 working days and are handled by Stripe/Paypal directly. For BACS payments, we return the money from the account in which it was sent.
