Pamela MacDonald –
Have tried 3 out of 4 starter cultures so far. Very pleased with the results so far. Have tried Lactose free milk and soya milk so far. All successfully too. No whey produced using soya milk but got some using the lactose free milk. I have been using it in porridge. Will carry on using the starters, still to try whole milk versions.

I had the chance to try your products and was very impressed by the results. It even worked with a plant-based yogurt.
