  2. Add the Starter Culture: Add one sachet of HealthCultivated starter culture to the milk and mix thoroughly. One sachet is enough for up to 3 liters of milk.
  3. Ferment: Pour the mixture into a yogurt maker or similar appliance that can maintain 38-42°C for 6-12 hours.
  4. Check Consistency: After fermentation, ensure the yogurt is thick. If not, ferment for an additional 1-2 hours.
  5. Refrigerate: Cool the yogurt in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before consuming.
  6. Strain (Optional): For thicker yogurt, strain using cheesecloth or a yogurt strainer. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
